To quickly start a support session, you’ll need to run the Splashtop SOS client. This process is very fast and requires no installation—you simply run a small executable file.

Steps to Open the SOS Client:

  1. Click the download link to save a small file to your computer.

  2. Open the downloaded file from your browser or downloads folder to launch the client.

  3. Provide the 9-digit Session Code that the client displays to your support agent so they can connect.
