Custom Reporting Tool
Use TimeTrak's preconfigured reports, customize them , or create completely
new reports. TimeTrak's new reporting tool utilizes Microsoft Reporting to access
Live! TimeTrak data. Additionally, you can use TimeTrak to pre-filter
the data so your custom built reports have what they need without any additional
filtering. Available in both LAN (Network) and WAN (Web, Thin Client)
versions.
Labor Demand Scheduling
TimeTrak's Labor Demand Scheduling helps determine current labor coverage, assist
in selecting needed additional employees with the proper skills and abilities, then
assigns them to the proper schedule to satisfy the labor demand.
Automated Exception Email Notification
Notifications can automatically be sent to supervisors if employees haven't punched
IN or OUT within a definable time frame. TimeTrak will even notify if the
employee is considered Absent.
