With your purchase of a TouchProESS you can now setup your TouchProESS to permit employees to make SchedTrak Vacation Requests using the TouchProESS Self Service module (note: SchedTrak functionality requires customers to have HisTrak)… employee vacation requests are automatically system evaluated against uncommitted time and minimum staffing levels, and then forwarded to Supervisors for review and approval. The newMobileTrax is simple to use with three rubber keys. These keys provide rapid access to all functions, activate the RFID reader and, if necessary, make selections from the available menu options.  With MobileTrax you can execute transfers for employees and charge time accurately, by reading a Prox ID of a cost center, department, job, location, etc… or from a list downloaded into the device to scroll through and choose from.
