This window allows the selection of your current TimeTrak® version. The purpose of this document is to verify the steps necessary for modifying Daylight saving settings that have been mandated by the U.S. government. This document will assist in determining the readiness of your current software and hardware to support the changes to Daylight Saving Time. To accomplish this, you will be asked to select specific items such as your company's current TimeTrak® version, communications method(s) (Serial or TCP), current Comm Driver/Server, and specific Clock(s).
When the selection process is finished, you will receive specific recommendations to bring your company into compliance with the new Daylight Saving changes. Please be accurate in making your selections of the requested information. If you do not understand something, please contact your dealer for clarification prior to making any changes.

Determine TimeTrak® Version
Listed below are the possible versions of TimeTrak® that you may currently be using. To determine your current version of TimeTrak®, open your TimeTrak® application and examine the window's "title bar" as shown above. The TimeTrak® version is also available in the next screen. If you require assistance, please contact your TimeTrak® dealer.

Determine Revision Number
If you have TimeTrak® version 8.1, version 8.1.1 or version 9.0, you must determine the revision date by clicking "Help > About" from the Main Menu. On the "title bar" of the "Help > About" window, you will find your revision; a number with five groups of two digits as shown above. TimeTrak® version 8.1, the revision number is in the body of the "Help > About" window. Make a note of your Version and the Revision numbers. You will need them throughout the Daylight Saving setting modifications. Please NOTE your version and revision numbers and then click on one of the following choices to select the version of TimeTrak® your company is currently using.
